Upon purchase of the item, you will be granted a limited, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use the Item for your own personal use as expressly permitted by The Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to sub-license, resell, share, transfer, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, or otherwise redistribute the Item, whether for free or for payment.

Printable/Digital Products with Private Label Rights (PLR) License

Upon purchase of the item, you will be granted a limited, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable worldwide license to use the Item for your own personal use, to modify the content, to brand the item as your own, to sell the item as flattened in Pdf format as expressly permitted by The Agreement.

You acknowledge and agree that you cannot claim trademark; you cannot claim copyright; you cannot sell the item as a Private Label Right (PLR) to third parties or as the original template or the link to the item.

You acknowledge and agree that to the extent permitted by applicable law, the item is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement arising from the use of the item. 

Despite every effort to provide an accurate representation of colors and images, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen is an exact representation of the item, due to the many variations in monitor, screen, and device settings.
